*For the purposes of this conference, Students / Early Career Researchers are defined as PhD students, postdocs, and researchers within 5 years of their highest degree or PhD

Regular set menu: Cornish crab fishcake, lemon herb dressing, slow-roasted tomato; Suffolk chicken breast, peas and bacon, champ potato, chicken velouté; Trio of desserts: chocolate croustillant with peppermint cream, mini raspberry and vanilla tart, cherry and hazelnut cake with crème anglaise; Tea & Coffee

Vegetarian set menu (for our vegetarian guests): Twice-baked Hereford Hop cheese soufflé, toasted hazelnuts, baby watercress; Caramelised onion tart tatin, goat’s curd, charred radicchio, basil, pine nut; Trio of desserts: chocolate croustillant with peppermint cream, mini raspberry and vanilla tart, cherry and hazelnut cake with crème anglaise; Tea & Coffee
