Summary: The 3D printer (Lutum 5, VormVrij) can be used with commercial or custom-made clays. The maximum print volume available is 40 cm x 46 cm x 50 cm. The designs are produced by CAD software and converted to STL format. The printing resolution is adjusted by changing the nozzle size of the extruder. After printing, the objects undergo post-treatment, such as drying and sintering.
